angie hewitt's practice is rooted in process, repetition, and print. through drawing, collage, printmaking, zine-making, and bookbinding, she captures the intricate emotions and subtle beauty found in the mundane as her main subject matter.

angie has exhibited at the Brooklyn Art Book Fair, New York Art Book Fair, SI MoCCA Arts Festival, Frog Farm Fair II, the Brooklyn Independent Comics Showcase, Chicago Alternative Comics Expo, and the Massachusetts Independent Comics Expo.

she received her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and was an Artist in Residence at SVA’s RisoLAB.
